I visited my son studying at CMU, loved the location, the beds, and the concierges were very kind and efficient. The only thing not mentioned was that rooms weren't cleaned daily; that's all I have to say. Everything else seemed excellent. Hope to return! They should inform you that rooms aren't cleaned daily.

The bed and bathroom were clean, and the quiet environment made for a comfortable wake‑up. Breakfast was quick on busy days with a buffet, but during off‑peak times it was an order‑based service that made you wait about 15 minutes; the food itself was tasty.

The layout of the building was well thought out, and there were no complaints.
