Breakfast had to be taken at the neighboring restaurant under its own terms, and it was even closed once; there were constant power outages, the room key card had to be re‑enabled daily, the air conditioner didn’t work, no towels or toiletries were provided as promised, only one towel was given after asking, and the TV stayed off for three days with no one to fix it.
