Each air‑conditioned room boasts a terrace, kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, stovetop), private bathroom with bath‑shower, washing machine, and work desk. Guests enjoy a plunge pool, dining and seating areas, and a 5‑minute walk to City Coliseum, with Honda Bay and Mendoza Park nearby.

We booked, but no one was there and we paid for nothing!

Nothing, because the accommodation couldn’t be booked!!! The host was unreachable, I didn’t get a refund, and I had to sleep on the road in the middle of the night! This place is a disaster! I do not recommend it to anyone!!!

We cannot recommend this place at all. Even after full pre‑payment, the host never responded. When we arrived in the evening, nobody was there, there was no way to reach anyone, no key hand‑over, and no check‑in instructions. We were left on the street at night, forced to scramble under a lot of stress and pay extra to find another spot. This level of unreliability and lack of communication is absolutely unacceptable, especially toward paying guests. We feel abandoned and would never book here again.
