Excellent spot for accessing the early‑morning market, right in front of the notorious “Baep!” battalion. A thief passes by the premises. Bars and restaurants surround the property. Very close to the shopping circuit and the early‑morning market.

The hotel is practically inside Brás, so the location is excellent. However, the air conditioner doesn’t cool, the bed is bad and smells moldy, the shower is also poor. The staff were polite. Considering we were just there to rest, it was reasonable; it’s good for those who just need a place while shopping in Brás.
