The place was filthy, with a terrible stench, no hot water, a horrible elevator, and dirty carpeting; I had to book another hotel just to avoid staying here.

The staff were friendly, yet the room and bathroom were very old with broken furniture, the bed was uncomfortable, and the floor felt sticky; the price was low, so that was expected, but the listing made it look nicer than it actually was. I also didn’t like the location: the area is dirty and feels somewhat unsafe.

The staff were outstanding, the property stayed quiet, spotless, and very secure; I’ll keep coming back, even though it’s a non‑smoking hotel and I’m a smoker, it still works for me.
