The spot is really good, near many attractions and the metro. The view was nice, with a window overlooking the cheisa. The air‑conditioning was great, especially on the 35‑degree days. They were very communicative before we arrived and after we left. Having access to the main fridge for cold water whenever we needed was great. The room had good space with the main bed, a sofa‑like bed, and another small bed off to the side. The bed was a bit short for my partner who is 6'3. The fridge would turn off every time you left the room, so we didn’t use the main fridge for some of our stuff.
The service was generally friendly, but the elevator was a bit of a hassle.

Victoria was amazing—she even sent a taxi before I arrived and let me drop off my bags before check‑in! The only downside was that it was a little hard to figure out how to get in.
The location is excellent, sheets, bed and towels are immaculate, coffee and tea in the room. The space is very comfortable, good air conditioning.
Everything was great! The location is superb, and moving around with a child and stroller was pretty easy. The lift is small, but that was obvious right away because the hotel is inside a building, not a standalone structure. The air conditioning works well, and the pillows and linens are excellent. The bathroom is quite spacious. There’s a kitchenette on the floor with a filter, so you can fill water for your walk. Thanks a lot!
