Everything from the spotless rooms, great location, and spacious layout matched the photos perfectly, and I appreciated the option of room service; every team member—from front desk to housekeeping, bellhop, and restaurant staff—was extremely friendly and went out of their way to give me what I asked for.
The rooms are clean and very good. The staff is friendly and proactive. There is nothing to complain about.
“Dingy”
I was greeted by a kind staff who tried to help me out, and the Indian breakfast buffet was nice. However, the room—especially the bed—was too dirty to feel comfortable; I found at least two ticks and generally didn't feel safe sleeping there. The language and cultural barrier made it hard to communicate my concerns or requests to the staff.
The breakfast buffet was solid and the stay overall felt very comfortable, yet everything was excellent.
Overall good. The cleanliness and the hair were lacking.
