The location was really good. The rooms are small, but that’s to be expected for a central spot, and they accept Taobao packages before arrival. The bathroom is extremely tiny, which was a hassle because we were traveling with a baby. The bed is also quite high, so you have to be careful. The restaurant only offers one baby chair.

The hotel sits in an area where you can walk to the center in just a few minutes. The room was comfortable and cozy. They offered a complimentary dinner, and the staff we needed were very kind.

The bed was super comfy, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was great. It’s well located, close to the metro. The rooms can be misleading, though, because they advertise a window but some don’t actually have one, and I had to pay extra to get a windowed room. Be sure to check carefully that the room says “with window,” otherwise it’s just a sticker that looks like a window.

“Please go check that hotel and do the right thing by reviewing your 4 star rating for them.”

I loved nothing about that hotel. I've been trying to get your () email address to send my complaint and request a refund. From day one the experience was bad. They don't have someone to translate for them. Worse of all i was put in the room with bugs. From when I wake up on the morning of the 7th, I saw a bug and thought it came when the lady came to collect the bin, the 2nd morning, the bugs were more than 3, I went to reception to ask them to clean my room. But I guess they never did because on Thursday I woke up with bites from these bugs and they were in bed, on the table and on the floor. I went straight to reception and told them I need room change now, they changed me to another room around the corner, same floor. I told them I don't trust this floor now, maybe the bugs are all over, but they said it'll be fine. I than woke up the following day with 2 bugs on my floor, I passed by reception asked them to clean, again. But when I came back at night bugs were there in my room, table n floor. I was ready to check out but they apologized and took me to another floor. So for 6 days I had trauma in that hotel, so I demand 4 days refund. Thanks to a young lady by the name of Minxi who works there, who forced them to change my floor. Everything. I will never ever recommend that hotel even to my worst enemy if I had one. That's rubbish hotel. Even their breakfast space has cockroaches🪳 . All of this I have photos of to prove my challenge in that hotel. I really do not understand why and how you guys gave them a 4 star rating. 698 West Nanjing Road, Atour Hotel is not a 4 star, I don't care who rated it. Rooms are not cleaned everyday, linen is not changed everyday, you have to fight with them to change and make up your room. Luckily one of the day's I was there I came across another family (white people), they were living earlier than anticipated because of the poor service of the hotel and language barriers. They said they'll publish this and never book in such a hotel. So I need my refund please
