Michael was excellent and very friendly at the front desk.
“Great stay”
It felt amazing to be in a clean bathroom, the service was very good, the food was nice, and the staff were approachable and wonderful—overall a wonderful experience with no complaints.
All of it was perfect, and there were no complaints.
“A Comfortable Stay”
The location and room were great, and the front desk staff, the GM, and the Guest Relations Manager made my stay very comfortable with professional and friendly interactions; I’ll recommend this hotel for a relaxed stay. Breakfast was good.
The receptionist (a lady) was very helpful, but the food could be upgraded, the location was hard to find and would benefit from sign boards, the room lights were very dull and the window had no view, which was sad.
