The staff were friendly and welcoming. The spot was very handy for traveling to and from Ancona for the Greece ferries. The restaurant next door was good. The cappuccino at breakfast was freshly made, not from a machine. There was a lift to the first floor.

The hotel sits nicely ten minutes from the center, and the downstairs pizzeria offers a good fish or pizza dinner; the room was average, though the hotel overall feels a bit outdated.
