The lock on our room didn’t work well; we had to try it many times before we could get in.

I stayed for a music festival; the location was perfect and easy to get in and out. The bathroom fan was broken, I told the staff on Saturday morning, they noted it but never fixed it, and the bar was closed.

We were overbooked but received a free upgrade, which was nice. However, the light bulbs were burnt out and the AC unit was positioned right next to the bed, so every time it cycled on it blew cold air directly onto the bed.
