My stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. While the room had hot water and was decent overall, the bedsheet was dirty, and there was no handwash provided for the bathroom. To make matters worse, they didn't provide towels or soap, and I was asked to pay an additional 100 rupees per night, which I refused to pay. Furthermore, I was initially given a room without a key, and I had to insist on being moved to a different room with a functioning key.

I recently had a mixed experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was denied check-in, and the staff seemed unprofessional. However, after reaching out to the booking company's customer service, they were able to resolve the issue and make adjustments for me. Unfortunately, the room itself was not clean, with a dirty washroom and a missing tap, forcing water to leak from the wall. Despite these issues, the staff did eventually provide a decent room.
