This was my seventh stay at the Westin over the past 16 years and I was again pleased with my choice; from the first to the last minute I felt cared for, comfortable and safe, and the entire staff showed hospitality. I especially want to highlight Victoria’s high professionalism—she kept everything in control, responded quickly, and was ready to help not only guests but her team. I also appreciate the friendliness of Medina, Boula Makar, and Thein. Traveling alone, when I left, Thein personally arranged a taxi for my peace of mind, courtesy of the kind‑prepared Ejike E.Mbah. Returning to the room was always a pleasure because Mohit Sharma kept it clean and cozy every day. The hotel is a big operation that relies on each person, so even without knowing everyone’s names, I thank all of them; I felt comfortable and satisfied with you all 😊
