Overall, a nice hotel on a small side street in the center of Cusco. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating when I had to leave early for a day tour to Rainbow Mountain or an early airport departure. Breakfast was good with plenty of food. There was a window above my door and unfortunately when the light was left on in the hallway, it came into the room.

The hotel staff’s friendliness is excellent. It has a good location, clean rooms, and a very complete and tasty buffet breakfast.

Excellent staff, I appreciated the rich breakfast boxes as my trip started at 4:30 am and 5:30 am. There is no sign outside on the Street

Maravilloso hotel, maravilloso personal, maravilloso trato, maravillosa ubicación. Un hotel familiar que nos acogió como a uno de los suyos. Encantados con todo. Por poner un pero, tuvimos un poco de frío en la habitación, pero el calor humano que recibimos hizo que no le diéramos importancia
