B&B Casa Areia

The property is very appealing, set in a charming coastal village. The small beach and the beach bar at the bottom of the village (7 minutes on foot) are wildly romantic. We took lovely hikes to the surrounding coves and everywhere there are good little restaurants, some with great views. Public buses can take you anytime to other villages or to Sintra. Manu is very friendly and helpful. For us, the four‑day stay with her was a very successful conclusion after three days in Lisbon. Thank you!

“Beautiful, peaceful place with a lovely harden”

The place is simply wonderful! We absolutely loved the beautiful garden, especially the outdoor seating areas and the rooftop terrace. The whole garden is very peaceful and quiet, which we really appreciated. There are also some lovely dogs and cats around, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and always fresh. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back! At night, we had quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room when the window was open. Window screens would be a great addition.

“Sehr schönes keines B&B in ruhiger Lage”

A simple but nice accommodation, run by the owner with love for detail and great warmth. Very quiet location yet within walking distance of the town centre with a nice beach and small authentic restaurants. The breakfast is plentiful and really very good – Manu (the owner) is constantly trying to make sure guests feel comfortable.
