The room, the pool and Japanese Restaurant were excellent. The Beach with Sargasso was disappointing.

I had a great experience at the hotel and overall I really liked the stay. The resort is very beautiful, large and offers great facilities. Every day the room was clean and organized. The room is good and comfortable, although I personally felt it looked a bit newer in the photos than it really is. Still, that didn’t ruin the experience. The food was one of the things I liked most. There was plenty of variety and all‑you‑can‑eat, and I found the quality very good. I also had the chance to try some of the themed restaurants, which was a very cool experience. It’s important to remember that you need to book in advance. The pool was wonderful, although during my stay part of it was closed for renovation. The beach was also very pretty and I was able to enjoy it a lot, despite the presence of a lot of sargasso in some moments. Aside from that, the beach is truly beautiful. Regarding drinks, I didn’t like the options offered at the pool and beach kiosks. The main bar on the upper floor was one of the things I liked the most — I found the drinks much better there. The majority of the staff were very attentive and treated me very well. However, one point that I found a bit inconvenient was the frequent approach by some staff offering packages and perks to become a VIP client. Because the resort is very large, this happened at some passing points, even on the way to the main restaurant, and at times it was a bit tiring. Overall, it was a very good experience. I really enjoyed the resort, the facilities, the food, the pool and the beach, and I definitely made the most of the trip.

The beachfront location is first‑line. The rooms lack maintenance, they’re nowhere near a five‑star hotel, and the staff also don’t provide five‑star service.
