The evening desk clerk was helpful, polite, and accommodating. As some other reviews note, there are needed updates, but for the price it was clean enough. As a former hotel GM, I saw that some long‑term guests stay for work, which can feel a bit odd for travelers thinking people “live” there. I expected it when I saw work trucks in the parking lot and wasn’t bothered; the crew just need an affordable place while away from home. We’d stay again if we were in the area. Simple, clean, convenient, friendly staff, breakfast, pool, coffee, and a decent bed—everything I needed! Plenty could be better, but nothing was “bad.”
