Everything was perfect, especially the comfort of the hotel located in a very quiet neighbourhood not far from the centre and many restaurants, though the room price remains a bit high

The room was super well, the breakfast also, the location is very good, and the staff is extraordinary, but there is no dinner on Saturday

The hotel’s location in the European quarter is very convenient, the rooms are comfy and quiet, and after many stays the quality stays consistent, yet prices surge dramatically during busy times to over 400 € making it unreliable to return, and breakfast for 30 € feels crazy when a coffee and croissant cost 5 € at a coffee shop 100 m away

The front‑desk staff were incredibly helpful and professional, but I already mentioned the exterior didn't appeal to me; could they install a capsule coffee machine in the rooms? The lift's card scanner displays a torn paper with a message that needs quick replacement, which I photographed – this is not Marriott‑level.
