The apartment is in central Paris, near restaurants and bakeries, well‑distributed and fully equipped, even with a washing machine. The bed was very comfortable, and the host was friendly, letting us drop off luggage before check‑in and after check‑out, and responded very quickly. He also left coffee capsules, juice, and water. The street can be a bit noisy at certain hours.

La camera è molto curata e nuova. Davvero carina e centralissima. A pochi minuti a piedi da Notre Dame e dalla Senna. Sotto alla camera c'è aux Merveilleux che fa i pangoccioli più buoni di Parigi. Il bello della zona è che abbiamo potuto scoprire le Marais e il quartiere latino a piedi, senza dover prendere mezzi di trasporto. La stanza è molto piccola. La porta del bagno non si apriva totalmente. Per noi non è stato un problema ma credo sia meglio segnalare gli spazi molto stretti. Durante la notte si sentono rumori dalla strada che è trafficata. Anche se le finestre sono spesse, noi abbiamo dormito con i tappi

The location is excellent, close to everything—supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, metro—and you can walk to Notre Dame. The bed is very good, though there’s only one pillow per person. The host leaves juice, water, coffee, and cakes as a nice touch. The shower is excellent, and the room has good lighting. It’s too small for two people if they’re large; they barely fit, so it’s ideal for a maximum of two nights. There’s no space to put anything beside the bed, and in the shower there’s nowhere to place soap or shampoo; you must use the hand soap for bathing. Large suitcases won’t fit. The air‑conditioning was insufficient, and the owner tried to lower the temperature, but we still felt some heat in mid‑September.

The area is lovely, and the property is a bit quirky with three different locking systems, but overall it’s pretty good. Switching the lights on and off seemed harder than it needed to be, but that’s a minor quibble.
