A child was handling the front desk, and he had to call his aunt to confirm details, which slowed things down. We were also hit with an early‑check‑in fee that we weren't told about. During our stay we found bed bugs, and because the reception was often empty we didn't know how to report the issue.

The hotel is close to the center. However, there was no hot pot available in the room.

Staff was accommodating even if she was new on the job. Had a big area for dining although there was not much cooking utensils/ items available. No pans only 1 pot and a rice cooker. It would have been better to have a sink near the "cooking area" We booked for 8 rooms. There was cockroaches in some room. Found one in our room. No pans only 1 pot and a rice cooker. The location of this place is a major plus - it's close to all sorts of amenities, which was great for me. However, my experience with the staff was a bit of a letdown. The person at the front desk seemed put off when I gave some constructive feedback, which was a bit puzzling. It's always good to hear from customers, but I guess not everyone is open to it.
