The location is great, the room is comfy and clean, and the host is really friendly and attentive—he even picked me up from the train station at midnight, which was so kind.

The location is good, walking distance to the Registan; staff member Bakha was very helpful, the room was large and very clean. I’ll leave this empty.

I stayed one night, everything worked, and I appreciated the kettle provided; it was very quiet so I slept well. The street is quite dark, and the pin for the location is a bit off. There was an issue with the tax—it’s the only place I stayed in two weeks in Uzbekistan where tax is only shown in the email, not in the app. Plugs were not in the right place, and the furniture could be better thought out, but overall it’s not a big deal.

I stayed in a hostel that’s right on the square, so walking around was a breeze. The owner was super friendly and always ready to help, and the room was clean with unlimited hot water—really enjoyed the stay!

The spot’s spot-on, just a 7‑8 minute stroll to Registan Square, which made everything easy. Even traveling solo as a woman, I felt safe after the night light show and the area was quiet and secure. The room was roomy, tidy, and comfy, plus they handed out two free water bottles that saved me on a hot day. The price matched what you get, and the male host speaks English while the female host doesn’t, but both were welcoming and always answered my WhatsApp messages with useful tips. It was my first time in Samarkand, and their hospitality made me love the city and country—definitely back again when I return.
