The location is very convenient right next to the train station, though it feels like you’re in the middle of the city. The place is cozy and comfortable. It’s especially handy that you can leave your luggage if the train arrives early, and after check‑out you can wait in the kitchen‑dining area if needed. The room has a fridge and kettle, disposable slippers, plenty of towels, clean bedding, and overall the room is clean and warm. In the bathroom there was a broken shower holder, and its condition shows it had broken some time ago and was slightly wobbly around the toilet.

We stayed for 5 days and paid 6500 UAH. On the last day of checkout I saw on Booking that the price for the same number of nights had dropped to 5000 UAH, meaning it was 1300 UAH per night originally and now 1000 UAH. The rooms were filthy; the sheets had stains, the towels were not fresh, the toilet water was moldy and stinky, and the whole shower wall and curtain were moldy. The “administrator” only heated for about an hour a day, while outside at night it was +5/+7 °C at most, so towels never dried and clothes stayed wet after rain, making it very cold. No one showed us that the kitchen on the first floor was usable; it was all dirty—sink, table, drawers, everything. In the dining area a bed was drying, and it also smelled of damp clothes. There were spiders and spiderwebs in the room. Sorry, but I won’t come back.

The spot’s close to the station and it has a kitchen with all the dishes and essentials. Everything was super.

I liked the convenient location, the ability to cook in the kitchen, and the kettle and small fridge right in the room. The water pressure in the toilet tank was very weak, the towels had a stale smell, and there was no blanket for a third person.
