I felt warmly welcomed and at home; Anna and Matt were very friendly and kind, just like the other ladies at the house; the food was excellent and beautifully presented; I would definitely recommend this place to others and will probably come back.

The location was lovely and quiet yet close to sights; the hosts were pleasant and offered useful tips about what to do nearby; we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each morning with homemade and locally grown items; dinner was also great and cozy; they were flexible when we wanted to add an extra guest; highly recommended.

Everything at Bolara was perfect for a two‑night escape, Anna and Matt were wonderful hosts and the staff were all friendly and welcoming; dinner and breakfasts were delicious; I would highly recommend it to everyone.

The surroundings were beautiful and quiet, with walking and cycling routes; the accommodation was tastefully furnished; it was close to Groznjan and Motovun, two picturesque hilltop towns; the breakfast and dinner were delightful; the host was very kind and helpful.
