The reception staff were very attentive and the facilities were very pretty, though we had issues with the air conditioning; nevertheless, the receptionist was kind and resolved the problem.

The front desk was excellent, the restaurant menu was good, and the room was spacious. However, the pool water was a bit dirty, the hot water could be better, and there was no lighting outside the rooms.

The breakfast was quite expensive for the quality offered, as there was almost nothing to choose from. The only issue was the service at the restaurant; they were not friendly, whereas the reception was excellent.
