“Muy mala experiencia”

The service was terrible; the owner said they no longer work with Booking, so we had to cancel the reservation and pay €50 instead of €45. The address listed was wrong and we had to ask the neighbors, because when we called the contact number they said it didn’t exist. We managed to get the room thanks to one of the other guests who gave us the contract.

“Tardan en contestar. Aceptable”

The location is fine, and the staff member who attended us was very kind, the only one who answered our calls, cared about us, and solved the problem right away. On the other hand, the employee who handled us from the start didn’t answer our questions or messages until we insisted from several numbers; I called to ask about check‑in and got no reply, and when we arrived in Madrid we called him several times and he didn’t answer, the phone said it didn’t exist. We requested a taxi to the apartment (whose address is confusing, one side says 21 and the other 121); when we reached the door we called again and got nothing, so we waited at the door for a while. I spoke to Booking, and they managed to contact another employee who cared, gave us the PIN to enter, and fixed other problems caused by the first employee, who still hasn’t answered a single message or call. That worker’s behavior is embarrassing, and his colleague had to fix the problems he caused. The bed I got was very soft and the mattress was larger than the frame.

I never got a key/code so I couldn’t enter the accommodation and had to book another place.
