Everything was absolutely TOP, TOP, TOP! Booking the apartment was super easy, and the self‑check‑in instructions were very clear and simple, which was perfect since we arrived late at night. The place is incredibly clean, both outside and inside the apartment. It is in a very safe and beautiful location close to Lake Garda. Safe parking, great comfort, and an amazing host. We are more than satisfied and we highly recommend this place to everyone! We will definitely come back again.

It’s hard to rate, because there was nothing we could praise, quite the opposite… We were informed about the location during booking. The virtual reception worked only until 21:00, and that information was missing in the confirmation. We traveled 500 km on three motorcycles, and the arrival time was impossible to estimate. Traffic delayed us, and we arrived only 10 minutes before 21:00. Did we not have a reservation? Without the help and tip from the restaurant owner next door, we would have had to sleep on the street. I am 70 and my partner is 60! In the confirmation email we learned that there are no motorcycle parking spaces – that was the first thing I checked when booking. A disaster! A motorcycle is not a car, the host should know that and not lie. The accommodation was nice years ago but is now worn out and poorly maintained. The shower hose sprays everywhere, the bathroom mirror hangs on the other side of the sink, and the electrical cords dangle from the wall. In the wardrobe there were only two very poor hangers; you need to be able to hang your clothes, not have them lie on the floor and on the beds.

The check‑in was quick, the place was clean, and the staff were friendly; I’d recommend the pizzeria right under the building.
