The staff at this hotel were super cooperative and helpful, which made a big difference in my stay.
I was really impressed with the hotel's amenities - everything worked perfectly and it felt like I was getting a top-class experience at a fraction of the cost.
The hotel's location was a bit of a letdown, but I'm not sure what I was expecting.

The situation was horrible and I couldn't stay. I booked another hotel to stay with my family. First, they said payment hadn’t been received; I was waiting there for 30 minutes. The staff had no manners.
