“Met my needs”
The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable, but I’d appreciate at least one soft pillow. There is no elevator to the second floor, and the space between the toilet and the wall was barely larger than an airplane toilet—definitely a design and construction flaw.
“Linens and towels were dirty or stained and grey. King mattress needed to be replaced as it had a dip on one side from b”
The location is good, but there are a lot of homeless people around, which is not the hotel’s fault.
Good breakfast, sausage was slightly under cooked, it should be slightly browned. Muffins were nice and fresh, although the stand was falling apart. Desk chair had not been wiped down, it had greasy hand prints on it. Curtains were ripped. Bed covering was stained
The hotel is right next to the shopping centers, which was convenient. I tried to check out at 6:45 am, but the office doors didn’t open until exactly 7 am, and the young lady told me that would be the case; I was disappointed that the hot tub was also closed and that wasn’t mentioned when I booked.
The place was spotless and the staff were fantastic. Everything else was fine.
