Getting to the room was a nightmare because of a huge staircase and no elevator—hard for anyone with mobility issues, like us. I had mentioned our situation when booking, but the hotel offered a lower‑tier room behind the kitchen with a view of the parking lot, far from the family room. We even tried staying in the original room up the stairs, but eventually had to cut our stay short.
