Upon arrival I found several serious issues: the room was in very poor condition with heavily damaged walls and damp spots; the window and curtains were badly worn; the bed and bedding were also in bad shape; the door was hard to open and required a lot of force; kitchen access was blocked; and the elevator was unavailable, making it hard to reach the accommodation. These conditions do not match the expected quality or the description at booking. Additionally, after posting my review, the host contacted me directly via WhatsApp asking why I left a negative review. I find that approach inappropriate, especially given all the problems I experienced. I just want to honestly report the real state of the accommodation and my experience as a customer. I can provide screenshots of the WhatsApp conversation if needed.

Nothing positive. The staff were unpleasant and communication was terrible. They knocked on the door and talked too loudly. The toilets were disgusting.
Do not go. It’s a scam—the owner advertises it as an apartment, but it’s only a room. You’ll have to queue to use the toilet and shower, and we weren’t warned about that.
