The staff and pool were good, but the restaurant was bad.

The pool was pretty, clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was a view of the garden. There was a fair amount of storage space, even though we only needed it for 2 days. The hotel claims to offer coffee, but it was actually a melta! The kettle in the room needed a serious cleaning. They also claim there is a TV, but it doesn't work, no signal, and the Wi‑Fi only works at reception. The pool in front of the hotel was very cold, not heated, it would be nice to be informed about that. The room was not cleaned properly, there were towels from previous guests and dust. The food was below average, like a school cafeteria. Without a car it was a big hassle; it's quite far from the bus stop, and the bus only runs sporadically.

The bed was comfortable, the hotel surroundings were tidy, the waiter was pleasant, and on the first day they waited for us with dinner. The receptionist was unpleasant, there were cobwebs, spiders, and mosquitoes in the room, breakfast started at 8 but they opened only at 9 and did not replenish either breakfast or dinner; if you arrive later, something is already gone.

Cleanliness and food selection were good, the staff were friendly. The TV was not working, the window was hanging off its frame, the pool water was cold, and there was no net on the balcony. The equipment is already outdated.
