The spot is unbeatable – right on the lake and a short walk to the playground, which was a lifesaver with kids. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotless. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. We especially loved the corner stocked with kids’ books, games, and toys that kept the little one entertained. Nothing to complain about.

The place is in a great spot, close to the lake, with friendly and helpful staff. Clean, tidy, and not noisy, plus good parking. I booked a single room and the single bed felt a bit tight – a wider bed would have been nicer. No balcony and no minibar, but that’s typical for singles.

The staff were incredibly warm and personal, giving great tips for cross‑country skiing and long‑distance running. The room was stylish and well‑decorated, with a kettle provided. The sauna area was nice, and dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Everything was tastefully decorated with a cozy Christmas vibe, making it a real comfort spot right on the Achensee.
