I arrived to find the place closed and never got my money back or any communication.

We were met with a closed hotel despite having a reservation.

This hostel has been closed for a while, but that hasn't been reported yet. Now we're wondering if we'll get a refund.

We booked a night at this hotel two weeks in advance, but when we arrived at 5 pm there was no one there. A nearby restaurant owner told us the hotel owner was not in Morocco. Later we were informed the staff had already gone home. We had to find another place and are still waiting for a refund.

It’s a stunning spot with an amazing view. The room was very clean and comfy. The young lady running the house was very kind and the tajine was delicious—probably the best we’ve had in Morocco. Breakfast was perfect too. Thanks, Petits hics. The hot water in the shower was unreliable, we couldn’t use the pool, and the dinner price was higher than listed on Booking. Dinner was served at 18:50–19:00, very early. The Wi‑Fi was almost unusable.
