The team was sensational, offering premium service and a unique experience of being on a farm and vineyard simultaneously. Breakfast was sensational, and lunch featured one of the best dishes we’ve ever had, rib roast rice. I think the weather could have been better, and we could have spent a full week for complete relaxation. We didn’t get to use the spa or the thermal pool, which were well located. We have no complaints about our stay at the farm.

The facilities are great, but the staff needs a lot more training in customer service. For a hotel at this level that targets this clientele, they should be ready to meet and exceed expectations.
