I didn’t get my Booking reservation honored. A day before arrival, I received a WhatsApp message saying no rooms were available – a disaster. They should be banned from the platform permanently. The hotel failed to honor my booking.

Overall, the hotel was fine. I arrived a few hours early in the morning and the staff took a while to open the door; they seemed unsure where I was staying. There was also no elevator.
