“A chilled and relaxed with great vibes and decent food and drinks”
The place is clean, modern, and nicely located near a beach section, and the staff are lovely.
We had stayed at the hotel two years ago. The location, rooftop terrace, cleanliness, and staff were all very good. The breakfast is unacceptable now: there’s no fresh juice (it was there two years ago), the cappuccino from the espresso machine is unpalatable, likely due to water quality (the tea also tastes off despite a good brand) and the use of milk powder instead of milk, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. The air‑conditioning in the room is loud, whereas it was fine two years ago.
“Would stay again”
The rooftop bar & breakfast. Staff weren’t as accommodating
“Pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles”
The location offers sea views and a rooftop sunset. The hotel is noisy, with electro music playing all day from breakfast until evening, and the hallway isn’t sound‑proof, so you can hear people entering their rooms. There are no beach loungers (and it’s a struggle to get one by the pool). The staff are friendly but not proactive: chairs and loungers aren’t wiped after rain, the parking card didn’t work on the day of departure, and the rooftop bar prices are high.
“A fantastic and beautiful place to stay”
Breakfast included fruits, a variety of unprocessed nuts, a chef making omelettes, and a DJ playing music at least one morning during our stay. I also enjoyed the morning yoga and Pilates sessions on the rooftop, which was a nice way to start the day. The gym downstairs was in a good spot, offering views of the pool below and the sea. There was a separate parking area where we could park our rented scooter, which was great. The rooftop area is absolutely stunning—we sunbathed there, swam, and had dinner there. The location next to the beach was awesome, but the area had many tourists with British accents who came to party. One morning I smelled vomit in the hotel stairs; it was cleaned, but the smell lingered for at least half a day. It’s probably part of Ibiza, though I also saw many families with young children.
