Breakfast was great, but the bathroom setup was an issue.

The pools and rooms were there, but I didn't like the bad attitude of a tall lady at the front desk, and the prices were super high for mediocre service; you pay more than you use, and the drinks and food weren't good.

The alcohol and the grounds were very clean, yet the buffet wasn’t good; the food trailers were better than the buffet. We stayed in D 268. Parking was very limited, only one regular spot and the rest were all handicap. Our room didn’t have hot water, so we had to shower in another room. The infinity pool closed at dusk; it’s supposedly for adults only, so it should stay open longer. Our room’s front door didn’t seal, there was a huge gap, so chasing the friendly lizards out wasn’t fun. The bartenders were awesome and friendly. One other thing, with it being all inclusive, the rooms should come with stocked fridges; it was hard to get a regular drink. Overall experience was ok. Another issue: the kayaks were not readily available; we tried making reservations and it was never successful, the company kept canceling them.

The accommodation was very good, spacious, clean, with a lot of potential to grow. As for the food, there was little variety, always the same compared to other all‑inclusive places we’ve visited; it lacks more variety and quality in meals and breakfast, and a bit more nighttime activities. The buffet table was the only option; there were no other restaurants, only containers that offered snacks.
