Friendly staff and secure overnight parking were highlights, and while I didn't eat at the restaurant or bar, it looked tidy and modern with reasonable menu prices. The central spot was convenient, and the room was a good size—upgraded to a suite for extra space. On the downside, the room felt a bit dated, the only air‑con vent was above the bed, and none of the living area had working vents. A few hairs on the bathroom counter were the only blemish in an otherwise clean, comfortable room, and the TV wasn’t smart, so I had to plug in an external device.

“I would stay again but I hope that there might be some more improvements.”

The suite was a suitable size, and the reception officer was very polite, asking which floor we preferred from the available options. Breakfast staff were polite, attentive, and visibly happy to help. At check‑out, we mentioned that the shower was difficult to operate. The carpet had visible stains, and the new AC system worked but provided minimal cooling.

“Great value and brilliant staff”

The room was great if a little basic but for a 4 star hotel more than what I expected. The bed was as good as any 5 star hotel I have slept in, a great nights sleep. The guy on reception when I checked in was extremely helpful and friendly and started my stay off very positively. The breakfast in the morning was lovely but the coffee not so much. Again the staff at the breakfast were top notch, very friendly and helpful. The coffee wasn't great, I've had much better and the water pressure in the shower was weak but serviceable

“Food hotel but don't let the rooms next to the lift”

The staff were friendly and the room was a decent size with a good breakfast, but the room’s proximity to the lift made it noisy every time it moved.
