The hotel's location was its only redeeming quality, as the room air conditioner was not functioning properly. I was forced to change rooms in the middle of the night, which was a significant inconvenience. Despite the hotel's best efforts, it fell short of my expectations in many areas.

I had a pleasant interaction with the reception staff, particularly Madam Tabita, who was cooperative and helpful. However, I was a bit surprised that there weren't more notable highlights or drawbacks to share. Overall, my experience was fairly straightforward.

The staff at this hotel stood out to me as being better than I expected, which was a positive aspect of my stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was marred by some significant issues, leaving me with a rather poor impression.

I appreciated the hotel's prime location on Shahrah-e-Faisal, which made it easy to get around and access the business area and transportation hubs. The staff were friendly, cooperative, and service-oriented, and the breakfast was good, making it a reasonable value for a three-star hotel. However, I thought the hotel entrance could use some decoration to make a better first impression.

I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel. The facilities were outdated and the soap provided was used. There was no shaving kit, hairdresser, or functioning bath. The hotel's overall condition was subpar, making it a disappointing stay.
