The room was tidy and cozy, and the hotel sits just a block from Victoria station and a short stroll to Big Ben and Westminster Abbey; the staff were welcoming, even sprinting to the shop to fetch ice when we asked. The only downside was the absence of elevators, but they assisted us with our luggage up and down the stairs during check‑in and check‑out.

The location is spot‑on for all the tourist sights, and being near Victoria station made airport transfers a breeze. The rooms are compact, yet updated and comfortable, and there is no elevator, so it may not suit those with mobility concerns.

The value was outstanding, especially considering the location; the room was very comfortable, spotless, and not worn out like some other central London hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a luggage room available. We’ll definitely return.
