The location is great for families with kids—right above the park. Within less than 2 minutes you can be at the playground, and you can walk to the pedestrian zone in Sандански. There’s always a place to leave the car. The staff are very courteous, breakfast is tasty, and the coffee is good. The restaurant only operates for breakfast and not in the evening. The physical infrastructure is starting to wear out.

The hotel’s location is spot on, just minutes from the park and main street, with several good restaurants and bars within a 10‑minute walk. My room was spacious, the bed super comfy, the air‑con worked well, and there was a nice TV, a terrace, and even a fridge—everything I needed. The staff were the highlight: they gave useful tips, helped whenever I asked, handed me an iron, and even offered a nice cup of coffee as a farewell. Loved the service and friendly attitude, 10/10! The only drawback was the bathroom: it’s small, floods easily when showering, and you have to wait a few minutes before re‑entering, but that’s manageable.
