“Unusual and cool spot, if you don’t want a chain hotel”
The concept is really interesting: the upper levels above many Main Street shops have been turned into rooms, with parking and back‑entry. It’s a cool way to use the space and more engaging than a typical highway hotel. I also enjoyed stepping out onto the balcony overlooking the street and chatting with everyone at check‑in. The only issue was that it was extremely hot while we were traveling, and the bathroom vented into the room (the bathroom ceiling was several feet below the room ceiling). The AC vented into the hallway, making it hard to cool off. If it hadn’t been in the upper 90s/100s, it might have felt a bit humid but still manageable.
