The room was clean, but the reception staff shouted all day because of family problems; the grandfather was incredibly rude and the younger woman was racist towards the staff when, for example, you order something from Zoomato! They only allow 10 minutes of hot water on request, which is absurd.

The hotel was clean and economical for a family stay; the staff were very friendly and the location on Main Road Ranchi had excellent parking.
