I was thrilled to find the place right within walking distance of the city centre and it stayed quiet throughout. The room fit us perfectly, had Netflix, AC, a lovely bathroom and comfy beds. Parking was a bit of a hassle, but I appreciated that the flat came with free parking and the directions were very helpful.

The room was stunningly luxurious and only a five‑minute walk from Split’s old town, which was also very clean and cosy. The neighbourhood stayed quiet, and having private parking was a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we needed her, so I would definitely recommend this spot.

Getting to the historic centre and the seafront was easy. The parking spot was reserved. Nothing else to note.

The location was close to the Split promenade and shops. The bathroom felt a bit cramped and wasn’t suitable for taller guests.

The spot is fairly convenient; Diocletian’s Palace and the historic centre of Split are about a 15‑minute walk away. The “luxury” label felt misleading because the room is simple, with a bathroom and a few steps down from ground level. It looks like a modest renovation, and I wouldn’t call it luxurious. The space also seems smaller than the size listed. The coffee machine and other amenities are in the shared corridor, not inside the room. The building itself is somewhat poorly maintained and doesn’t look particularly tidy. Parking was another issue: although the listing said free parking was available, I was told to leave my car in an area that wasn’t a designated parking space but an access zone for other cars to enter and exit.
