The location was perfect—central yet quiet. Breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of hot and cold options, and the staff were helpful. The room was excellent and the bathroom had a good shower. The sauna was great. Nothing else to mention.

On September 17, we arrived at Hotel U14 in Helsinki for a single night and Tatiana welcomed us at the front desk, being warm and attentive. She made sure we got a very comfortable room, making our visit pleasant. The next afternoon, Friday, September 18, she arranged a comfortable car to take us to the ferry to Tallinn. Tatiana’s politeness and care left us with a pleasant memory of our stay, and we thank you for choosing the right staff to meet guests’ needs.

The hotel is excellent, centrally located in Helsinki, very quiet—street noise didn’t reach the rooms, so we slept peacefully. The beds were superb, the breakfast was high quality, and the staff were pleasant. I can’t think of anything negative.
