The staff were very friendly and parking was good, yet the hotel looked abandoned, run down and dark, and we were given a room with a terrace door that opened onto the hallway.

Check‑in staff were great and this visit was better than my last one at the same hotel, but the check‑out staff were not as nice; it seems some rooms have been updated while others have not, and although the website says parking is free, it isn’t actually available.
