We really enjoyed our time here. The caretaker and his family were very accommodating. The food was mainly vegetarian but delicious. The owner would join us for breakfast each day and was a wonderful person. The best part was that the property sits right in front of the beach, where surfing classes were held—though those classes were not run by the property. Nothing else was an issue.

The Souparnik Suite (No.1) on the ground floor was perfect, with no hassle of stairs. The room quality was top class, and the bathroom was very clean, modern, and well designed. The homely breakfast was delicious and sufficient. The best parts of this stay were the private parking, the view, and the proximity—just a few minutes walk across the road—to a very clean and beautiful beach. The lack of a well‑laid out dining space and an on‑site restaurant for lunch and dinner was inconvenient, forcing guests to order meals from local restaurants via Swiggy or Zomato Apps or to use their own transport to travel 6–8 km or more to find the nearest restaurant. The owner was advised to provide a clothes hook on the door or a clothes rack to facilitate hanging clothes in the bathroom. The large smart TV in the room was not connected to a channel provider via a set‑top box.

It was a great homestay. The owners were friendly. The room was nice and spacious. There was ample parking and it was right on the beach. Breakfast was well arranged, though purely Indian. No comments.
