The location was central, right in Times Square, but it was very expensive and the hotel needs renovation because everything seemed outdated; the bathtub had an unpleasant smell.

The spot was spot-on, but everything felt just ordinary.

The place was super noisy, rooms were basic, and they forgot towels and many amenities.

The hotel is very close to several tourist spots, yet there was a lot of noise in the room—maybe from the elevator or pipes—and it played all day, preventing a good rest; plus the cleaning was subpar.
