The location was great, I travelled by train to Norwich so was very happy to fingers it was only a 15 min walk from station. Although the room was small, it was ample for a single person. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room temperature could be adjusted to what you like. No overpowering heat during the night, which was great. The breakfast had plenty of choice and nothing was too much trouble.

The location is excellent and the staff were very helpful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, our room stayed very cold because the heating system couldn’t reach the radiators.

Gary was very warm, but the radio in the breakfast room was a nuisance.

Breakfast and staff were very good, but the room was dated and the peeling ceiling paper made it less appealing, even though it was very clean.
