I was very happy with my stay. My husband and I booked the hotel to celebrate our anniversary. We spent most of our time in the spa area, taking advantage of the adults‑only outdoor area with the hot tub, sauna and steam room. There is nothing I would change.

The location and spa facilities were very good. The dinner menu could be better; it was quite limited. When we received our food, it could have been better.

The hotel was a really lovely family‑friendly place also suitable for adults. It was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They had thought of everything! We went for our baby‑moon and I forgot my pregnancy pillow, but they had one on hand, which was great and saved me a good night’s sleep. The rooms were very comfortable, and it was great to spend time in the spa during adult hours. They offer great activities for the kids, so when our little one is older we will be back! A few small things in the room could have been repaired (toilet flush and tap) just to make them feel like there were no issues. Breakfast was good quality, but I’d say the food in general needs better options as we chose to eat meals elsewhere. It was the last day of the outdoor pool use, but that could’ve been a bit cleaner.

There is so much about this place: location, facilities, décor, gardens, services, food. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I think it is quite expensive, maybe because I booked only a few days from the visit? There are plenty of options for breakfast, but I didn’t find it great.

The place is gorgeous, with a heated, spotless pool and tidy rooms and shared areas; the patio is great for eating outdoors. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the food and drinks were enjoyable. It’s only a short cab ride from the station. The hotel didn’t advertise itself as family‑friendly, so there were plenty of families and kids, even in quieter spots and at the pool, which made it noisy and hard to relax.
